The “Frontier Plaza” project, developed for the city of Atyrau, presents a concise landscape solution in a formal style designed to complement the contemporary architecture of the office building. The concept creators focused on balance of form and rhythm: the straight lines of the paving continue the geometry of the facade, while a structured, staggered-height hedge adds volume and structure to the space. The central plaza with its combined paver pattern becomes a logical extension of the entrance area, smoothly transitioning into an open lawn featuring large letters of the company name. Special attention is given to zoning: a through pedestrian zone with pruned trees and grasses creates a rhythm for movement, while a private food court area with wooden decking and a slatted canopy serves as a cozy oasis for employee relaxation. Evergreen accents of juniper and thuja, combined with ornamental grasses, ensure the site’s visual appeal year-round, while integrated lighting effectively highlights the geometry of the landscape after dark.
