The architectural and planning solution is executed in a formal style, where the geometry of the main house’s terraces sets the tone for the entire surroundings. A key element is the multi-level terrace, which unites quiet relaxation and contemplation zones with an active leisure area featuring a ping-pong table and a bar counter. The landscape architects masterfully played with the challenging terrain: a network of walking routes, including an ecological trail, cuts through islands of tall grass, creating the effect of an untouched forest right on the doorstep. For guests, private areas with plunge pools and open fire are provided, while guest houses in a barnhouse style, styled after Scandinavian minimalism, are nestled in the greenery of fruit shrubs and coniferous groups, ensuring an atmosphere of complete seclusion.
