The “Pokrovskoye” project by Green Planet is an example of masterful landscape design on a property with complex forest terrain. The main task was to preserve the centuries-old trees and transform the steep slope into a comfortable living space. A unique architectural solution is the system of floating walkways and stepping-stone paths made of massive natural stone, which allow soft integration of infrastructure into the forest mass without disrupting its ecosystem. The conceptual center and main focal point of the garden is a spacious sunken fire pit area: designed as an amphitheater with a circular lounge, it offers a feeling of absolute seclusion and protection in the very heart of the forest. The texture of the brick house facades finds its continuation in the monumental entrance area and retaining walls, creating a unified architectural ensemble. Lush cascades of white and pink hydrangeas effectively illuminate the shaded areas, while a thoughtful vertical lighting scheme transforms the evening forest into a magical setting. As a result, the Pokrovskoye project has become a benchmark for a prestigious forest residence, where the natural power of the landscape is accentuated by impeccable contemporary design.
