Fortops — Implementation
The “Fortops” project, developed by the specialists at Green Planet, represents the embodiment of contemporary luxury, where the industrial character of brick architecture is masterfully complemented by refined landscape solutions. A key element of the property is the water relaxation zone: a large mirror pool with a spacious deck made of dark thermally modified wood creates an ideal space for summer recreation. The landscape is enriched with Eastern motifs — sculptural niwaki, massive granite boulders, and gravel gardens create an atmosphere of tranquility and deep contemplation. Particularly noteworthy is the stylish glass orangerie with a graphite frame: it is not just a functional space for plants but also an independent architectural art object that sets the tone for the entire property. Dense masses of snow-white hydrangeas, sage, and ornamental grasses, combined with weeping tree forms, ensure textural diversity and year-round visual interest in the garden. Every detail — from winding walking paths to cozy lounge areas with hanging chairs — is calibrated to perfection, transforming Fortops into a benchmark example of how contemporary minimalism can be truly alive and harmonious.
