The “Qtec” project by Green Planet is the quintessence of contemporary style, where the strict geometry of dark wood and glass architecture is reflected in every line of the landscape. The main design idea was to create a unified ecosystem in which functional zones seamlessly transition from one to another. The signature feature of the project is the formal entrance area with a high-tech carport equipped with linear LED lighting and minimalist paving. The conceptual center of the garden is a cozy fire pit zone: an open hearth on a light gravel base surrounded by rhythmic pathways of large-format slabs. Special attention is given to the variety of recreation scenarios: the property includes a contemporary playground and a secluded garden pavilion with panoramic glazing. The landscape architects at Green Planet used contrast planting: lush masses of white hydrangeas and vertical spires of lavender effectively highlight the dark building facades, while multi-stemmed ornamental trees add volume to the space. A thoughtfully designed multi-level lighting scheme transforms the property in the evening into a magical setting, making the “Aura” project a benchmark of comfort and aesthetics in the spirit of contemporary minimalism.
