We are a full-cycle landscape architecture bureau operating as a General Contractor. A "Green Planet" garden is a symbiosis of art, technology, and high quality standards.
- We provide turnkey services, taking full responsibility for the project scope and timelines.
- Our core staff includes 26 engineering and technical professionals, including engineers, architects, designers, an agronomist-dendrologist, and project managers.
- In-house fleet of specialized machinery We maintain our own fleet of specialized machinery, which allows us to implement projects within tighter deadlines.
- In-house nursery and cooperation with the Association of Polish Nurserymen Our company operates its own nursery for plant cultivation and collaborates with the Association of Polish Nurserymen, which unites leading producers of trees, shrubs, vines, and herbaceous plants. This enables us to use European planting material of the highest quality. Furthermore, by undergoing adaptation in our nursery, this material becomes more resilient to local climatic conditions.

Q&A from Our Experts
On average, developing a landscape design takes up to 45 working days. The timeframe depends on the approval pace and the site area. If design time needs to be reduced, we can deliver the project sheet by sheet to speed up the implementation of necessary works.
Design work can begin at the stage of purchasing the land and approving the structures on the site. We frequently work in tandem with architects and builders.
The cadastral number of the site. This is needed to map the boundaries of the territory or structures and to understand the “wind rose”;
If there are existing buildings, information from the “Architectural Solutions” section is required;
A plan of existing utilities—to create a consolidated utility network plan
The most optimal option is to start during the architectural design phase of the main buildings, as this is when the conceptual look of the project is born.
As for the season—autumn and winter are ideal. During this period, we can finish the design, finalize the budget, and purchase the necessary materials and equipment to begin the physical implementation of the project in the spring.
Landscaping work takes an average of three months, depending on the season, the size and topography of the site, and the number of small architectural forms and water features.
The most active season is from April to October.
Yes, the main types of work are performed by our in-house staff, while highly specialized tasks are carried out in cooperation with verified contractors of “Green Planet”.
Yes, we provide garden renovation services. To start such work, a dendrological plan and a utility network plan are required. If you don’t have them, we will create them ourselves after visiting your site.
Zero cycle (laying utility networks, base preparation for final paving, land grading according to design elevations, planting mature trees, base preparation for small architectural forms and large-scale elements, base preparation and utility laying for water features, installation of retaining walls, installation of embedded parts).
Finishing cycle (paving, facing works, terrace construction, planting, application of decorative aggregates, installation and piping of final equipment, lawn installation, installation of small architectural forms, commissioning and start-up works).
Payment is made in the following stages:
100% payment for materials for their subsequent purchase;
50% advance payment for works;
30% upon completion of 50% of the work volume;
20% within five days after signing the certificate of completion.
“Green Planet” carries out work focusing on equipment optimization and all necessary engineering utility systems featuring both local and remote control. These include automatic irrigation, electrification and lighting, storm sewers, drainage systems, video surveillance, and access control systems (ACS).
Yes, absolutely. Smart home systems can be integrated into the landscape design to automate various areas: irrigation, lighting, video surveillance, and climate control (for enclosed locations). This automates site maintenance, making it more cost-effective and easier to manage.
The integration of smart home systems into the landscape design can be implemented via the Internet of Things (IoT) concept, which connects multiple physical objects to the internet to exchange data. Such a system allows you to manage all aspects of landscape design—from watering and lighting to lawn mowing and monitoring plant health. All of this is controlled through a single dedicated app on your smartphone.
Yes, “Green Planet” has experience working outside the Russian Federation.
A forest is an intact ecosystem, and interfering with it can lead to tree death. Therefore, interventions in forested areas must be as careful and eco-friendly as possible.
There are several measures to minimize the loss of existing plants during landscaping works:
Conduct a geodetic survey of the area. This reveals elevation changes and allows for a tree-by-tree survey of existing plants;
Create a detailed action plan. Together with the architect, you must carefully plan the building’s placement, number of floors, orientation of windows and entrances, and choose the foundation type;
Minimize the presence of heavy construction machinery, which can damage crowns and roots;
Avoid digging pits and trenches near trees—repairing a damaged root system is difficult, and sometimes practically impossible;
Protect the soil during construction: build retaining walls to prevent root balls from collapsing;
If the forest borders a lawn, it must be sown with shade-tolerant woodland grasses. This helps create a natural landscape and favorable conditions for tree growth.
“Green Planet” provides design, construction, installation, and commissioning services for pools, fountains, and water treatment systems. Below is a list of works we perform in this area:
Preparatory works (base preparation, routing utilities);
Installation of frame, composite, and polypropylene pools;
Piping installation for water treatment systems and their elements, including base preparation;
Installation of embedded parts;
Equipment installation (disinfection, filtration, heating, water attractions);
Installation of sports equipment;
Electrical installation works.
Commissioning and start-up works are conducted upon completion of equipment installation. After this, the object is handed over to the Client’s maintenance service.
Yes, it’s true. This color comes from chlorophyll, a special pigment that colors various parts of plants green.
Fun fact: Chlorophyll is registered as a food additive E140.
We are pleased to announce that you receive a 20% discount on design services for being attentive and reading all the questions and answers. Don’t forget to mention this information to our manager during your first call. Thank you!
Yes, we do. “Green Planet” maintains its completed projects and provides a work execution schedule after the handover. The warranty period is five years, provided there are three paid maintenance visits per year to service equipment and monitor planting material. This includes:
Maintenance schedule creation;
Topiary trimming;
Sanitary pruning and plant treatment;
Application of seasonal fertilizers;
Equipment maintenance.
