The improvement project on Marshal Rybalko Street by Green Planet presents a concept for a contemporary and functional space, where the architectural severity of the buildings meets thoughtful landscape design. The primary design objective was to create a striking entrance area that sets the tone for the entire site. A key element of the concept is the use of stylish modular planters with layered compositions of ornamental grasses and perennials — this allows for landscaping even in areas with dense paving and utilities. The project incorporates a respectful approach to nature: existing mature trees are carefully integrated into the new layout, providing pleasant shade and the ecological framework of the territory. The geometry of walkways and driveways is precisely calibrated for the convenience of pedestrians and vehicles, while a contemporary guardhouse is seamlessly integrated into the overall aesthetic. The result is a proposal for an attractive, orderly urban space that enhances the modern character of the building.
