The “Kuntsevo, Mozzhinka” project, developed by the Green Planet team for the QTEC facility, is a large-scale concept for a residence in a “high-tech minimalism” style. The landscape here acts as a seamless extension of the architecture: the strict forms of the dark wood and graphite metal house are harmoniously integrated into the natural context with centuries-old pines. The key planning solution is a rhythmic network of stepping-stone pathways made of large-format slabs, which literally “cut through” the flawless emerald lawn, connecting the house with distant corners of the garden. The project is rich with diverse recreation scenarios: it includes a contemporary lounge gazebo, designer hanging swing chairs on a metal frame, a full-fledged sports area, and a cozy fire pit zone. A particular role is played by the futuristic lighting scheme: minimalist vertical LED bollards and accent facade illumination transform the property into a high-tech park at night. The use of geoplastics, masses of ornamental grasses, and multi-stemmed trees creates volume and layering, turning the “Mozzhinka” project into a benchmark of contemporary country comfort, where innovation meets the pristine tranquility of the forest.
