The “Roder” project, developed by the Green Planet team, demonstrates a benchmark approach to the improvement of a contemporary business complex. The main goal was to soften the strict architecture of the administrative building and create a full-fledged ecosystem for employee relaxation. The signature feature of the project is the waterfront recreation zone: a stylish pavilion with panoramic glazing and a spacious wooden terrace seemingly floating above the surface of the pond, offering picturesque sunset views. A network of walking routes is formed by the flowing lines of paved pathways that connect the various functional zones of the park. The landscape architects focused on contrasts: the lush greenery of lawns and lilac bushes pairs effectively with accent trees featuring red foliage, ensuring expressive scenery at any time of year. Despite the restricted-access nature of the facility, emphasized by the perimeter fencing, an atmosphere of calm and comfort has been created within, where contemporary benches and soft evening lighting invite a pause from the work rhythm.
