In the “Grain Rus” project, the specialists at Green Planet solved the complex challenge of integrating a spacious parking area into a cozy courtyard space. To avoid the effect of an “asphalt field,” eco-parking technology was applied: the use of specialized grass paving grids allowed the grass cover to be preserved under vehicle wheels and ensured natural drainage. Visual zoning was achieved through combined paving and hedges, which separate pedestrian routes from the roadway. Tall trees and accent coniferous plants are planted along the facades and the perimeter of the fence, creating a sense of privacy and protection from the city bustle. Special attention in the project is given to the lighting scheme: a combination of in-ground luminaires and park bollards not only ensures safety after dark but also artistically illuminates tree canopies and building textures, transforming the nighttime courtyard into an atmospheric place for strolls.
